I have been using this for a few months now and very happy with it. I first suffered with the headaches but now I am fine.
The most common side effects of light therapy include Eyestrain or visual disturbances. Headaches. Agitation or feeling wired, because it’s so close to ur eyes it’s a direct result of the rapid flicker they both emit usually if you cover ur eyes with a paper towel or eye pads just over your eye it should help with the problem

Did you put any serum or moisturiser on your face before doing it, or did u just wash your face and put it on

I thought I was going to get headaches too but I was happy to find out I didn't get them lucky me lol. I have only been using it a couple of times can't wait to see if it shows any results later.

the lights slips in because the eye part doesn’t fit my face perfectly so maybe that’s what’s causing headache for you?

Hi Carmen! Not sure what it is made up of exactly but it feels like rubber. It is comfortable but the eye part is bothersome after a long period of time. Hope this was helpful! xo
Hello, how often do you use the mask? I wonder if it's ok to use it every other day for 30 minutes (yellow light or yellow + red light). =)
the instructions says 2-3 times a week (15-30 min)

I’d recommend the TH-cam channel Hot and Flashy. She has several videos that feature LED masks. She’s in her 50s or 60s I believe.
It actually slows from your 20’s, can’t remember exactly what age jn your 20’s but you start losing 1% collagen per year, fun! Lol
Do you moisturize before or after you use the light?
Put a serum on first like ordinary I use that and after use night cream eye cream etc
I use a toner before the light after cleansing and then use a moisturizer after the light

I only use it when needed! If I feel my skin needs it that week I do use it every day until I feel like my skin no longer calls for it. My usual is 4-5 days max after that my skin usually calms down, hope that helps! xo

What eye protection do you use?
It’s just LED you don’t need eye protection. It may give you headaches but it’s not damaging to your eyes

that's a worry you got headaches after this, i feel like that might not be good for your health
right?? that's also what I think but it goes away after a week so I'm not sure if that would be considered "normal" for a product like this. Other people would say it would be but idk
@@cassandralebron I have read that you are meant to use eye protection, could the headache be from the lights? I originally thought too tight but you addressed this in the video
