Karen Gillan's(Amy Pond) superhero role is Nebula. While she is bald when we see her, she was originally a blonde(according the the What If show). Mystique is also blue and does have red hair, but she's played by different actresses, namely Rebecca Romijin and Jennifer Lawrence(ironically both natural blondes from what I can tell).
I was coming to post something similar to this because I was thinking Karen Gillan before they even mentioned Dr. Who. She's also in Jumanji 2.
