@@JustinBenzRE hope that included a pool....like i said near 1 million....and fees and insurance 1000 month..i visited almost every community from ocala to marco island. I own 2 homes in florida on the west coast...one i have i can walk to the beach and the bay in my yard. stated buying property and renovating homes in 2000 in florida . So i seen it all. I enjoy doing it and will take people thru these communities and never make a dime. Yea am nuts but love sharing my information. 2 rivers is in the middle of nothing....Here is the best place right now if you want to live in a community....beachwalk in englewood....no cdd...low tax rate and 350 maint. and 3 miles to the beach. Plus warmer and more sunny days....anywhere in englewood area best by far...its not really discovered...visit the place you can take clients there....also look at wellen park area...people are leaving lakewood ranch area...way too busy and high prices....also look at bocal royal by neal properties...best value on west coast...and free beach 3 miles away.....again no cdd...and 1 percent tax. I was there this weekend best value on the west coast with larger lots also.......go in the pulbix or wal mart....that way you can meet your neighbors....than you can see if want to live there. P.S babcock ranch is a house of cards...IMO. Bottom line I hope you are the best sales person ever and have a successful career....
