Was about to sign with Grand yesterday, I do wish that info regarding upfront costs for structural upgrades was provided right then and there.

Im sorry. Sometimes they can be a little discrete in those things. Structural items should be able to be seen at time of contract and then design things will be done in their design center. I try and tell my clients to budget about 12%-15% of the base price is what is usually spent in upgrades. What community were you looking in?

In my opinion the very Highly priced Grand Homes were always considered Luxury Homes and was on a very selective list. 😮
