Ok I’m not gonna insult you like some people did instead I’ll try to give tips, bulk up gives you damage dealt but you take more damage, never use it when ur low, restructure gives you passive regen and cleansing prayer is a full heal so you should’ve used that instead or guarded
you couldve easily lived that encounter you just played stupidity when you lowered ur defense like 3 times at the exact WRONG POINT when a big hit was coming just gaurd dude its not that hard

Cleansing Prayer isn't a guaranteed full heal, It usually heals around 50-60
