From what I can gather, defeating 10k enemies using a particular MS, Will usually unlock the S rank part for it.

Uhm I think you need to finish the DLC for unlock the license. Not sure anymore.
Btw the Stamen Gundam is the best Mobile Suit in the Game. :)

Have tried to take down 10,000 units with it but it didn’t work
S Rank plans have a high drop rate on 8 Star missions.
8 star missions can you unlock when you beat last mission.

@@augtyx02 Yeah you get an S Rank plan for Class 1 Mobile Suits after 10.000 enemies.
