Is the connection normal? Is the insertion port loose? Is the firmware the latest version? You can try to troubleshoot the problem yourself, and then ask your seller for help from Autel support.

@@scotthestertcfd Hello, this is an all-in-one device and cannot be disassembled for installation, but you can choose not to turn on the speaker when using the light.
