Chicken cooked in a clay pot/earthen pot 🍲
We all must have tried cooking chicken in kadhai,but cooking in handi(clay pot) enhances the flavour and taste to another level.
Do try this super easy yummy recipe and let me know how it turned out.

Here I have used 350gm of Chicken
Marinate the chicken with curd, turmeric powder,red chilli powder,cumin powder,chicken masala
And let it sit for 30 mins
Heat the clay pot
Add mustard oil
Add some whole spices and tej pata to it
Add 2-3 sliced onion 🧅
Saute the onion till they turn light brown.
Add ginger garlic paste and cook the masala for 10mins
Add marinated chicken and some green chillies
Season the curry with salt and let it cover and cook for 20mins
Finally add kasturi methi and handi chicken is ready to serve
Serve hot with steam rice 🍚 and enjoyyyy❤
