In Oregon, noncompetes allow the theft of all unpaid earned income and forced investment in the company. After catching the CEO committing a felony, I was pushed out of the company after 18 years and they were allowed to steal millions even when the contracts were not violated. Then comes the defamation that blacklists Oregon non-compete holders for life.

If you go through and watch videos on this news, it's amazing how much fake news there is! This guy sounds smart but if you go to the FTC's page and read it, you realize that he's totally wrong. This new rule IS retroactive and will make all non-competes except for senior level executives. You don't have to wait until your next contract.... for most of us, we don't have contracts, we just signed an agreement at our hiring.

I agree with you. It’s amazing to me how uninformed the reporting is on this subject. I’ve watched multiple team of reporters do this and every one of them invariably get things wrong or leave important bits out.
      Hacks I swear.
