我以前也在桃園一家鍋具廠工作過
剛好和這家鍋具廠的名稱就叫理想工業,他們生產很多彩色鍋具外銷,
國內銷售比較有名的就是理想牌瓦斯爐和熱水器。
越來越多小家庭用這個鍋太大了

請至中油加油站購買!
環保去漬油來做清潔!
不鏽鋼產品皆有此油!
殘留為切削油研磨劑!
為了保障不鏽鋼如新!
開鍋清洗前先去漬油!
擦拭內外鍋直至乾淨!
去除原本殘留附著物!
續用洗潔精洗兩三遍!
最後蘇打水煮開兩遍!

Why they at first polish and put a mirror finish? This seems non necessary because at the end they put a brushed finish using sandpaper and all polished finish is gone

It is only used for cooking in the kitchen. How many times do you think it needs to be welded before it is strong?
@@user-cy9us4wj1s I think they should weld it with fillers, or bolted.
The size of the pan, when full, the weight can go up to at least 10lbs. Do you think those spot welds can hold?
The handle is supposed to hold when doing Chinese food wok-cooking.
I also feel that the handle and that tack welded clamp is going to problematic after sometime like the screw coming off frequently and that spot welded thin metal clamp snapping . I have atleast four beautiful pans just because of that spot welding snapping .They should have designed a better handle like the sturdy ones which we are seeing in triply stainless steel pans in recent times .

現在看工廠製程都怕怕的😂
全世界的工廠都是這種製程,台灣算是中段班。在公安上面還算不錯。你去看日本也是這種製成。都很相像。韓國也是。
唯一比較特別的是歐洲,但是歐洲的製作這些產品已經成本不符,所以都叫我們亞洲區代工。
有些台灣買不到,非得繞一圈賣回來才知道是台灣做的!
很多標榜304 or 316結果都不是^^
不是不純不然就鍋面304鍋底跟其他地方不是

@@chunweilin8270 I bought a Germany's stainless steel wok with three layers, outside layer is aluminium alloy, forget middle layer is using what material, and inner layer is SS304 about 20 years ago. It seems can last for another 20 years. The flat bottom wok can use gas stove and electrical oven.
One more issue is Taiwan product is expensive as German brand, I will choose German brand made in China.
Nowadays I use a normal iron wok for lighter reason. My SS304 wok is used solely for salt-baked cooking due to its salt resistance property.
