Good thing about Jindal: People are non-judgemental and accepting here. And there are many societies and events in which you can participate. Also, instead of ragging, there are buddy-projects, which is a very appreciative step since Jindal has very strict rules about ragging, plus the freshers (me being one of them) don't get traumatised for life. Bad things: the mess food gets boring, couples are only there for superficial reasons, and there are many students smoking weed and stuff. And what pisses me off, as a member of the music soc, is that there is NO PROPER MUSIC ROOM! The board members are trying their best to have one but the admin basically refuses to give us a music room where we can have frequent jam sessions or practice for events. I don't see any sense in this. We can't keep booking classes all the time!
Ohh woww Jgu doesn’t have a music rooom!! They do have A music club or music society right? My session starts from Aug really looking forward to meeting new people and starting my journey as a law student in jgu
@@ryuk13800 your life will be amazing when you first come here, its just that jindal isnt perfect. the more you stay here, the more flaws you see. im saying this as a fresher myself and this is my second semester here. it's not a bad place, it's just that you should not expect way too much from it.
@@User-zl1rf It depends on your experience. It was easy to make friends initially, but they didn't stay long, and now I have a particular group of close friends. Amenities are virtually unmatched. I live close to XLRI, and except for the brand value & placements, XLRI's campus is eons behind JGU's. However, JGU still has miles to go. Keep it up guys😊😊👍🏼.
