Considering that this group is a volunteer organization, many of whom are not professionals in the industry, being taught to sing and move throughout the whole number to the best of their ability is quite a feat, and you can tell the audience loved the effort. It may not be your version of Broadway caliber, but it's still a huge effort not many choruses outside of Broadway can even think of doing.
