Nice work Bright. However, downstand beams are not outdated. They are the most used beams in buildings. They provided many structural benefits. Most of the highrise buildings have them. These beams are concealed by the ceiling.

wow so in a nut shell the client has to pay twice for the project. They should sue for their monies spent
