    본인 밥줄이실텐데 꽤나 자세히 팁을 푸시네요 역시 갓성환.. 흉추 중립 케이블 전면 가장 처음 후면운동.. 암튼 팁 너무 좋네요 김성환선슈를 안좋아할수없네요

      @@user-yajeonjjabjjal 일단 대부분의 탑급빌더들 처럼 인스타에 개븅신같은 가오잡는 글 안올리고, 말이나 행동에 가오 안잡고 논란이 될만한 행동도 아예 1도 안해서 ㅇㅇ 글고 모르는 사람한테도 자세 같은거 친절하게 알려준다함 헬갤에 인증글도 있음

    질문있어요. 이제껏 트레이너 선생님 여러분께 운동을 배웠는데 왜 다들 자세나 방법이 조금씩 차이가 나시는거에요?

      J슈렉 사람마다 신체의 차이가 있기때문에 당연히 수행방법도 차이가있습니다. 다만 트레이너분한테 배울때 본인에게 맞는게 무엇인지 잘찾아보고 실행하시면 좋을거같습니다
