    Great job on 350 and your set up looks great. Lockout looks strong - once you were halfway up rep looked easy. If you work on the initial drive off your chest you have a lot left in you from this video. I was the same way when I competed, and once I worked on lats and upper back work along with mixing in board presses (1-3 boards) and speed on dynamic day (8 sets of 3 with 40-50% of my 1RM) my bench jumped. Good luck and hope you get 4 wheels soon.

    So I can tell you looking at the speed that you pushed that 350 up you got more in you you struggled a bit off the bottom but once you hit Midway you popped it. I keep pushing it I don't think 400 is beyond you

    Saw you said you struggle with your weight. Just some advice man if you want to take it, instead of dieting just do cardio. Running is the best but also high rep sets weight training like sets of 12 on squats. It really will make a difference.
