Whew! 225 in one day on a solo trip is quite a bit of work! I felt it when you said you were exhausted because the most I have ever done solo is like 150 or so. When I do big runs like that, I usually end up not caching for about a month simply because I'm burned out and need a break.
Yeah, I kind of slowed down the past few weeks following this trip. But it was mostly because I've been burned out from work. I figure I need to go out and get a few more big days in this year to hit my new goal. My previous record was 151 out in the high desert of Wyoming. That took me from dawn until dusk of non-stop caching, but that area was not nearly as cache dense as this one was. Thanks for watching!
Holy cow! I'm impressed. I've never done a power trail but I've done a handful of day trips to go geocaching. Most recently was a nine hour drive, 200+ miles and thirteen caches. (I have a goal to get a cache in every city in my state hence all the driving.)

Thanks. What you saw here was basically what that entire series is about. Mostly just dna tubes on signs. Not terribly exciting, but great for the numbers. The windmills made it more interesting than a normal series like this. Thanks for watching!
Honestly, I've stayed in both and didn't care. lol When I'm on a caching trip, I'm only there to sleep anyway. The rest of the time I'm out caching. I've stayed at some pretty crummy hotels and motels in the past. Thanks for watching.
thats a lot of caches in a day my best was 114 but that was leap frogging with a team , something I am not a fan of I have done 104 solo with the wife though Chimichanga Los Sombreros Series
I so wanted to do the Chimichanga series this year. But with the border closed, it's just not gonna happen sadly. Cross my fingers and hope for next year I guess!
