Stevie…..the players are the same…..but we have seen these players play brilliantly and defeat the best.Just last year.we defeated Liverpool and Manchester City in important games.if the motivation is there and a tactical coach who uses players in their correct position,then I dare say they will win the title and beat Liverpool twice in 24/25 in all competitions
How are they not good enough. If you can beat city at final you're good enough to beat anyone just consistency is the problem.somtimes I wonder if this pundits are educated
Well, Utd are currently 13th in the Premiership , IF Amorim turns out to be the coach everyone thinks he is and he can bring his abilities to bear quickly at Utd, with the fixtures immediately ahead of them I think the best Utd can hope for by the new year is between 7th and 5th in the league, taking into account the players Amorim has to work with, and that's if he does well and the players learn quickly and apply themselves fully. That's my view, and as a Utd supporter I don't really expect much more by January than a position that might get us in the hunt for top 4, so 7th, 6th, 5th - but as I said it depends how quickly Amorim can use his abilities to get results in a very tough league where anyone can lose and points are so easily dropped.
