I think he likes it a little bit, like he likes to RP and chill sometimes. But I think a part of Tommy loves fighting anyone trying to beat him which is fair. Competitive nature can be good.

Fun fact: I was actually in a server with Atlan. While I personally liked the man and thought he was chill, according to other members of the server and the mods, he was toxic and actually got banned from the server (The server was a casual HOI4 server and they didn't appreciate his 'competitive and meta attitude'), and apparently he got banned from other HOI4 servers for similar reasons.
He only plays RP games with meta tactics because he gets destroyed in a competitive setting from people like me. Maidenless behaviour. People want to play with the good players, and they ban the sh*ter smoothbrains like Atlan.@@samurzo

It seemed to be the beginnings of a good game with the monarchies/Fascist west vs communist East but as everyone was far too opportunistic. France asking for Piedmont knowing you were already fighting (and at that stage winning) a two front war after being friendly all game had nothing to do with roleplay. Frustrated in you caving, naturally the U.S starts justifying for no reason. Allies x Ottoman faction is complete bs too. Might have been possible to court the Ottomans to complete control over the med. Feels kinda bad for the Germany/Soviet players who probably didn't get a game because of this. Austria choosing not to pursue Austria-Hungary made them really weak as allies. Ideally Italy x France x Big puppet Yugo or Romania would have been better.
I feel like, there should be a rule against a lot of this shit. In some RPs Ive ran. There was a rule we ran called "The Spirit of Role-Play". In essence. If It became clear you werent here to create an interesting story through your RP. You werent invited back for the nest Session.

I think Tommy should definitely use his popularity and put some people he can trust into some of these games, so when the tryhards start ganging up for no reason, then they can ally since by that point the RP is pretty much dead and we can get more content war instead of BS endings. Similar to how some of those EU4 lobbies work where friends fight each other until it becomes unfair and they work together.
