Poland is OP in HOI4 Multiplayer!?

Today Tommy joined a HOI4 Multiplayer game as Poland and tried to make Poland thrive in the tough scenario that is being stuck between Germany and Russia.
But against all odds and with a lot of diplomacy, Tommy made Poland OP in HOI4 Multiplayer and he basically formed the Slavic Union after his conquests.

With the U.S in multiplayer it handicaps you significantly for most of the early game period if you do anything other than follow the historical path, pretty much all other paths lead to civil war that significantly affects your industrial and economic output
