Pet Air UK (www.petairuk.com) is a company that specialises in the transportation of animals abroad. By far the majority of these animals are dogs and cats. The company was started by ex-vet Bob Ghandour because of a desire to make air travel as safe and comfortable as possible for pets. Pet Air is run by vets, which enables it to provide that additional level of expertise that many other companies can't.

Not much worse than you lot demanding £2000 after the deposit is payed because the flight you’d booked wasn’t actually available to book. Very suspicious company

Hi Ross. Thanks for the comment but I think that this misunderstanding is all sorted now. Our reviews all over the internet help to reassure people that we are a good little company. Also, thanks for not mentioning what a doughnut I sound like in this video - it is super cringeworthy watching yourself on TH-cam!
