      KBDProductionsTV technically if you cut the potato like you said it would be 1/8 of a potato not 1/4 lol 2 chops would be 1/4 lol sorry had to give you hell. Keep up the good work. These poutine reviews really make me want to visit Canada or somewhere north of Texas where our fries come covered in salt and spicy ketchup from Whataburger

      Can't talk...EATING. And come on the key to a successful marriage is to just AVOID each other as much as possible. Have separate rooms you can go to, have separate activities, separate jobs/workplaces, different friends....never can understand how people can live together, work together and have almost all the same friends. Too much togetherness kills relationships. Also, if she starts to go BLIND after a certain number of years that is a bonus, as she can't see all the stupid shit you are doing and NAG ya about it----and if you also start to go DEAF, you can't hear her constant KVETCHING. Take any OLD married couple that been together like 40+ years, chances are high she is half blind and he's half deaf :) JOKES!

    Poutine Ville is a restaurant trying to make poutine into something it shouldnt be, a "fancy" dish. Poutine should simply be double fried, hand cut potatoes, fresh cheese curds and quality gravy, eaten at the counter of a small fast food joint, sitting next to an old man talking to his pea soup.
    The best poutines are from unknown fast food "shacks" outside of Montreal. You can still find great poutines in Montreal, but the second these places become "mainstream" they lose the magic touch. ie La Banquise.

    Five Guys in Quebec (especially Montreal) have Poutine on their menu! Try it with their Cajin Fries. It's so good. I'm sure you won't be disappointed!

    • @MikePhotoGuy666
      @MikePhotoGuy666 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      BLEEP now you tell me. Was just there last week, saw a Five Guys and was like, well I can get that anywhere---but didn't even think that they would have POUTINE as they don't offer it anywhere outside of Quebec :( And their fries are like EDIBLE CRACK, so in Poutine form....AH MAN.....now I am going to be craving them til I get to do up Montreal again.

    • @hxcmusiclife

      Ben John I love la banquise, best poutine I've ever had. Poutineville is mediocre, especially in comparison.

    • @MathieuFortier1
      @MathieuFortier1 6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Pamela Warren indeed.. its blasphemous.. The best poutine is actually outside of Montreal, in small local restaurants.. and trust me youll never find shredded cheese there

  • @CapitaineMontreal
    @CapitaineMontreal 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Ordering a recommandation from a waiter is good, but you should have made your own. When I go to poutineville, I take regular fries, pepper sauce, phlly steak and mushrooms!

When you showed the list of different items for the create your own poutine I paused it & read all the items to see what I would create I think Id go with the House special crushed potatoes mozzerela & swiss & go with the tomato meat sauce(im not much for veggies or spicy in any of my meals but thats just me. But anyways it looked like you couldnt go wrong with that menu choice :) Glad you enjoyed it
