Maybe do some biblical figures to life. Moses, Jesus, Mary Magdalene, Sampson and Delilah, Cain and Able…just an idea. Ty for doing these, it truly helps to see how these people may have been, making history more alive and real. 😊
@@kelleyhawk6595 no, we don't have any photograph or even physical description of those people. It will just be fantasy instead of AI enhancement.
I found a picture of an English painter called Geoffrey Kneller. I was struck by how like my husband he was. Nobody seems to be able to see it except me. It would be interesting to see his look updated.
I loved this. Thank you 😊
King Charles II
Queen Elizabeth and Anne Boleyn r my favs. It always amazes me when we only have paintings of people, and then bringing them to computerized life, how much younger they appear. Or rather how much more of their age they actually look.
Did them all a great deal of justice I'd Say
Well, the painters did accentuate their best qualities and would omit an unattractive feature. They knew that some of the royalty would have them killed if their portrait was unflattering in any way. Also, they knew this would be an image that could last for centuries, so they wanted to touch up or omit small imperfections.
I love Charles II as a hair band guitarist!
He looks like Brian May from Queen
@@nancyomalley6286my thoughts exactly..although the mustache would look better on Freddie..
@@stevedickson5853 LOL!
I immediately thought of Frank Zappa.
Agreed. I laughed out loud when I saw it.
They were all amazing....Henry V111 looked brilliant with today's look....
He looked like George Michael
Anne of Cleves was lovely. Michaelangelo's face was fascinating and amazing. I really like Rembrant's face too.
She must have had plenty of guys begging her out for dates in her time.
The best interpretation of Nefertiti I have ever seen. But the others are good too!
I was impressed with all of them. But, as a historian of nearly 50 years, my favourites are the members of the family who sparked my interest in history all those years ago……..The Tudors. 😊 Very well done. 😊
Fair enough!
Me too. I was always drawn to the Tudors for some reason. Although, I do love a man with long hair so when Charles II popped up, I kinda thought 'oh yeah, I'd stalk this man, lol. To be honest tho', I thought they were all pretty good!
They look very Welsh, don't they? The Stuarts were very glamorous
Most people unfamiliar with a young King Henry forget he was once a very handsome man.
That's what historians say, he was handsome athletic young man... until the accident!
Henry VIII cleaned up nicely. You shouldn't have changed the eye color of Elizabeth and her mother Ann Boleyn, though. They were both known for their dark eyes.
Maybe in the modern depictions, they are both wearing colored maybe blue contact lenses! LOL.
Johnny Depp could play Rembrant*
Henry VIII was gross and still looked full of himself.
@@barbarat5729I honestly thought modern Henry was James Corden for a moment 😂
Henry is perfect..100% well done
You could easily see him down the pub on a weekend with his mates.
Known for throwing back several beers and having an eye for the ladies.
It's when you see them transformed into real people and not just looking at a painting then i think WOW it makes them more real then they ever wear . It's so hard to pick a favourite i loved them all 💜 I will probably watch it a few more times like i normally do incase i missed something the first time
Same :)
King Henry reminded me of the singer Sam
Nefertiti without a doubt ! Love these 🙌
It is truly fascinating to see these people as modern people you might see today.
young stalin looks like he could be in a boyband🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
You have truly outdone yourself. Amazing work and some interesting choices. I especially liked Henry VIII expression. Just as arrogant as expected.
I think Nefertiti was an amazing experience.
And I think I saw Napoleon Bonaparte walking down the street the other day
King Charles II looks awesome as an 80’s hair band rocker. Guitarist and lead singer.
It is always fascinating that many women in these pictures have incredibly small mouths. Either because fashion wanted it that way and the painters helped out a little. Or because they made up their lips like that, similar to women at the beginning of the 20th century. As a result, many women look a bit strange in the modern pictures, because nowadays no one wears make-up like that, and has such a tiny mouth.
Michelangelo looks insanely alive, and I could swear I saw Henry Vlll the other day. 🤣
you are wrong. it is only now that big lips and big asses are fashionable and women are going to plastic surgeons to get lip implants and Brazilian butt lifts.
@@anastasia10017 Well... the small lip thing is not that far off. Small mouths and short even teeth use to be considered feminine. To have such features if you were of a higher class would alert others that you were a 'lady of poise and quality' so to speak.
Woman lips were seen as mimicking labia. It was not ideal for a Highborn female to sport full juicy lips; having such could beckon arousal in a male.
Now long teeth are attributed to youthfulness and so are full lips.
Silent cues of female fertility are full earlobes, lips and feet. Fatty deposits in these areas are contingent on ESTROGEN. As estrogen wanes these body parts start to thin.
A chiropractor was explaining the fatty cushioning underneath the feet, allowing comfort for wearing higher heeled footwear. When menopause kicks in those fat pads thin hence the 'comfortable shoe' decades arrive. He went on to tell me very wealthy women get fat injected onto these thinned out areas so they can continue to wear high-heeled shoes.
I had my lips filled once because I have a shapely upper lip and a very thin lower lip actually lacking pigment, which makes it look even thinner :(. The plastic surgeon put in 'just enough'. I was utterly unprepared for the amount of compliments I recieved from men...
How I wish I could afford to have my ear lobes plumped up being 70yrs old now.
DIfferant centuries and decades have their own concepts of beauty.
Bet you didn't notice the SIDE PARTS in the modern female hair images. Use to be a big NO-NO.
Hair was still mainly parted down the middle into the 1970's.
@@anastasia10017
You misunderstood me. Look at the mouths in the pictures, they look similar to the mouths of the female movie stars of the 1920s. They powdered the sides of their mouths and only accentuated the middle part with lipstick.
This has nothing to do with thick or thin lips, but that the mouth is generally very small. It's like painting a child's mouth on an adult's face.
Your comment sparked a good discussion.
@@lynnodonnell4764 I certainly didn't know that about the feet. Wow! I was wondering why I never had problem feet when I was younger and could wear high heels without once having sore feet. I could dance up a storm in spiked heels. Now, no way.
That was amazing! When the various queens' paintings became modern photos, they suddenly became beautiful. Looking at the paintings, I would have never called any of them pretty. And Issac Newton... Wow! These were 8 minutes well spent 😃
Thank you so much 😀
Henry VIII looked pretty dashing too.
So many of these are giving off Rockstar vibes. The rebels, the movers and the shakers of their day. I love showing these to my daughter.
Henry VIII. Now I can see why they thought he was so good looking! I never could see it before. He didn’t age well, did he?
Well, after the accident, he went downward with eating and obesity...
He was also very tall, with a very athletic physique. He must have been very impressive. Too bad he had that accident. And of course, age catches up with all of us!
Queen Victoria has been brought back to life in Princess Beatrice!
I rather saw H.M. the late Queen Elizabeth
Definitely one of the best videos of this type I've seen. Queen Anne and Jane Austen are beautiful and King Charles II as a rock star is absolutely perfect!
This is extraordinary! Stalin was absolutely gorgeous! What a shame his behavior as a leader was the polar opposite.
This is true. Stalin was known to be very handsome in his youth, but yes, he was a terrible man.
Elizabeth 1 was my favorite. Character and beauty rolled into one.
Napoleon bears an uncanny resemblance to young Phil Collins.
My ex husband who is descended from Napoleon looked exactly like him in his twenties and thirties. My youngest ex bil looked just like Napoleon Jr at about the same age Jr was painted on a horse.
Recently I read a description of him by someone who knew him, and it said that Napoleon was slightly teinted and that he had grey eyes. Sorry, I don't remember the website.
His face actually looks a lot like Woody Harrelson
0:46 Ed Sheeran xD
The re-imagined Isaac Newton cracked me up!
I found Isaac Newton absolutely the most attractive of the men!
Isaac Newton is pretty wow! Reminds me of Peter Zeihan.
My favs were Vivaldi and Jefferson. Hard to choose becasue they are all wonderful. Thank you.
Wonderful artwork! :) I can actually feel the personalities of each person by the expression on their faces :)
These are so amazing. Benjamin Franklin touched me the most - I wonder what he'd say about the US now.
Henry VIII... in a leather jacket, absolutly brillant 😊❤
Amazing how Akhenaten changed from weirdly ugly to really handsome!! 4:25
It is awasome, fascinating and so satisfying to see at once those people like they were alive. I always had problem to imagine them when I watch old paintings because they look similar to... nobody. And now they look so familar! Thank you! 😃
One of the coolest things I've ever seen. I've seen doppelgangers all over, even in the U.S. So cool. Gives the whole, "we're just a simulation" thing some actual credence.
I like all of them. Good job!
I liked them all, but favorites were Lincoln, Akhenaten, and Jane Austen.
I think Stalin was the best looking as a young man, but he was also a monster.
he was so handsome 👍but mad 😂
I agree. Says a lot about my taste in men. 2 divorces, 1 broken engagement, at least 2 failed long term relationships. Happily single at 73.
@@lynhugell6563 😂
@@josmith6684absolutely gorgeous looking man .him and che .
Has that woke look.
OMG. That was amazing. That blew me away. Well done.
I find these images to be hauntingly fascinating....👍🤔
First time I see a "modern" Jane Austen, she was cute! Charles II was born to sing with Queens 😂
Absolutely brilliant work! 💯👏 Really enjoyed this, and the shorter Christmas version.. thankyou!
Loved them all they look like any one on the street today … it’s hard to choose which is the best but Henry the 8 th looked handsome and Queen Elizabeth 1 are my favorite ❤️ excellent job!
Amazing work. Thank you.
I like Catharine, the Great, Henry vIII and Jane Austen. Well done!
Awesome. Best historical figures recreation ever. Thank you.
Another fantastic video! They look so real in the modern version!
Tout simplement EXTRAORDINAIRE !!!!❤
Merci.
I like them all 😍 even the "ugly" ones became amazingly beautiful 😍 😊 congratulations for your extraordinary work! May you all and the channel have a very blessed 2024 🤩❤️
Excellent. I found Queen Anne the most attractive. My son in law looks incredibly similar to Henry VIII and he's as big and strong as an ox!
She was stunning!
Anyone else notice how their appearance matches what they are known for? Does our face shape our destiny or our destiny alter our appearance?!?!
King Charles II as a modern rock musician is my favourite! 😂🤣. And oh, Rembrandt’s fabulous hair is my 2nd favourite. All your AI historical figures are great! Thanks for your hard work.😊❤
Stunning post! Thanks so much for posting.
Wow I loved them all. Great job......
Extraordinary. Especially Akhenaton
Outstanding, all of them!
Vivaldi looks like Ed Sheeran! 😂
Haha! I thought so too!
Without destroying the original you had done an amazing job.. excellent..
Beautifully done. Thank you for sharing. 👍👍👍👍👍
Thank you! Cheers!
Fantastic. Perhaps the hair could be more updated on some of them such as Jefferson and Shakespeare, but otherwise perfect.
Okay, so Franklin looks like an aging rockstar, and I am here for it. 🤘🏻
When they smile, I find myself smiling back.
Akhenaten is 🔥 😍
Captivant! Je les regarde en boucle. L'infographie est superbe. Beaucoup de travail et de plus tous les visages ne révèlent que de la beauté. Un travail magnifique. Merci.
I find that when the hair is modernized noticeably, like Isaac Newton's, that helps to imagine him as our contemporary. But with others, the hair styles weren't altered much from their familiar portraits (e.g. Franklin, Washington, Jefferson, Shakespeare) so it's harder to make that imaginative shift. I found Catherine the Great, Columbus, Jane Austen, Akhenaten, Nefertiti all to be extraordinary. Bravo on the clothing, too!
I love them all but Henry 8th looks like a rock star! Enjoy the queens too because it's hard to tell what they looked like from official paintings. Most look austere and haughty but your images really bring them to life!
I think that, the contemporary fashion and style makes people look more attractive and beautiful.Great work!😀
Vivaldi is the most captivating interpretation for me.
Absolutely fantastic work. I loved it. Thank you for this masterpiece
Glad you enjoyed it!
Marie Antoinette was the best!
Fantastic work! I love how the ai keeps the expressions the artists had painted, then you can see how it would look on a more real looking person. Really amazing, it totally enhances the original artwork to see both together. ❤
I love how 'normal' most of them look. I feel like I met some of these people in the street not looking twice.
The most impressive to me was Echnaton (Akhenaten?). I always thought him looking strange in this bust. But look - he is perfectly normal. Astonishing.
And I love everyones smile. That tiny smily gives each of them real 'life'.
I loved this, it made me see different things in the portraits that I hadn't noticed before. Queen Mary, Henry VIII's daughter, always looked slightly 'unhinged' to me, and you captured that beautifully.
She also looks very like Greta Thunberg.
@@gogglebox2427 She does! 😂😂says it all really doesn't it...
@@tazzie2shoos yes.. "Bloody Mary" has been re-incarnated as "bloody Greta". 😂 Both dogma driven.
Oh Yes can see that now thanks for making me chuckle
@@gogglebox2427
Arkenaten was my favourite
Excelente maravilloso BEAUTIFUL. Good job!
Bravo!! I saw the previous one, and I truly enjoyed both. Thank you.
Great stuff...I'm cracking up at the the quasi-handsomeness of Sir Isaac...played by Adrien Brody...and King Charles I as a rock star was pretty inspired...but Napoleon kinda looked like my junior high band teacher. Lol😂
I think you have beautified them; increasing or decreasing the size of the eyes, removing or softening features, removing face marks and wrinkles, reshaping faces, etc. So, they are very similar, but not quite themselves.
King Henry VIII as a contestant on American Idol is friggen hilarious.
They all look good in modern attire but Anne of Cleves is my favorite.
Absolutely amazing, what talent...
This was pretty cool😊thank you for this!
You're so welcome!
Henry looking like he’s a TOWIE 😂😂 that fits so well
It's incredible! Superb! 👍👍👍
Akhenaten was the one l liked best. But they all looked great, even Nefertiti, wow!
I have a fascination with everything Egyptian so Akhenaton and Nefertiti were my favourites...her elongated neck is just beautiful. But I have to say Henry the 8th was very handsome. Glorious work 👏👏👏
I have always thought Princess Beatrice resembled a young Queen Victoria, very interesting to them transformed into modern day people. As others mention, Greta is uncannily like Queen Mary.
Yes, the protruding eyes have been passed down through the generations, apparently.
Poor Beatrice LOL
Absolutely fascinating concept and beautifully executed. Kudos on a job extremely well done.
Wonderful - I so enjoyed watching this - thank you so much for making and sharing. I will look forward to seeing more.
Unbelievable 👍👍👍👍👍
Lincoln had such a charismatic face.
Found every one of them to be uniquely handsome in their own way. Yes, the word 'handsome' is also a word to describe an attractive female; even into the 1970's !
Absolutely brilliant
Amazing- loved it!
Love your modern interpretation of Henry Viii - Napoleon was great too and of course all the Tudors
Simply fantastic; nothing more can be said.
My wife thought Newton was very handsome in computerized form. She thought he could be an actor. Of course, these days you dont need talent to be actor.
Seeing a friendly smiling Stalin is a little bit disturbing.
The problem with such representation is that the ancient depictions were not even intended to convey the actual looks.
Nefertiti, Antonio Vivaldi, Madame de Pompadour and Henry VIl are my favorites.
I really loved this. Thank you x x x
This was wonderful!
