8. Mistake #2: Tearing a hole in the veil by pulling on a sharp object, edge or pin
9. Mistake #3: Wearing your veil during the pinning and fitting. One small catch of a pin needle will give you a huge tear shaped like an "L" or "I".

Thanks for a very helpful informative video!! I got a mermaid dress with a lot of details, beading and a long detailed train. In store I only tried a plain cathedral veil because my stylist thought it was the only one that would work but now thinking if the veil should have a little bling maybe around the edge or just small beads all over? Too much? Or should I let my dress speak for itself and keep it simple? Grateful for any opinions! 🤗
Liza, go try your dress on with both veils! Try on the one you purchased & other edges to confirm your choice or get the one you love most.
This will help with fomo or buyers remorse to go back & see all the options together! 💕

@@AvasBridalCouture I didn’t buy a veil yet but the consultant was adamant that it only worked with a plain cathedral veil. But when my dress arrives I will go back and ask to try on different veils to really see what I prefer! Thank you for your advice I love your videos, so very helpful!

Depends on the type of fabric the dress has! (beading, lace, tulle, satin, etc)
Lmao please help, I have bought the dress of my dreams a Justin Alexander 8903, but what colour veil should I buy, ivory or champagne, I love a champagne one on eBay but I don't know if I should get it. On the dress, the champagne is under a gorgeous layer of ivory lace but should the veil match the top layer or can it match either, and could you do a video on this please to show different shades of champagne and ivory coloured dresses with different shades of ivory and champagne veils great vid ❤️ first time seeing you subbed 😊 xxx
