Hey Thanks for sharing. I’ve been on Goli for about 2 1/2 months and I’ve lost a total of 11lbs. I have lots of energy, my skin has cleared up and my appetite has curved. I don’t crave certain foods I use to crave and maybe is my willingness to loose the weight. I eat a low carb, high protein diet, and drink 1/2 a gallon to 1 gallon of water a day. I take a total of 4 gummies a day... on the bottle says you can take up to “6 a day”. It doesn’t give me a stomach ache. I do want to say that I was not eating in the morning and taking the gummies and water and it did give me loose stools on an empty stomach.... but I experiment with it, ate something first then took the gummies after and I was fine no loose stools. This is my own experience if anyone has that problem try eating your meal first then take your goli.

Your physical appearance in the 60 day using Goli segment vs 30 days is a marked improvement. Spending $19 every 15 days, 4 a day gummies usage, isn't so prohibitive. That would equal buying 4 medium Starbuck lattes. A doctor's visit is a helluva lot more than $19. We need to have priorities and prospective in viewing this supplement in regards to our health. I had to look back at your 30 day video and I do agree with Joseph that your overall appearance is way better and your energy is higher if in this video compared to the previous video. I agree, 4 per day puts you at $40.00 per month, versus about $6.00 for the liquid. Add some cinnamon, splash of water if you cannot stand the taste, really helps
I jotted down alot of brands and researched -- went with a bottle of Goli's because that's what they sell at Wallgrens (for convenience) I took 2 at bedtime and woke up in the middle of the night with a terrific headache. Today I took one at breakfast and plan on one after dinner. See how that goes. I have water going all day. I'm not hungry at all but continue regular food in moderation. Three meals a day. Not happy about the price.
Well I don’t know what others have done but this is what I have done I stopped having soda and junk food but that being said I do have one day a week that I have something sweet.usually Saturday and I take one gummy with each meal , and I don’t do anything drastic with diet.And I have been doing this for a month and I have lost 10 lbs. I have completely dropped soft drinks and I only drink water so that wouldn’t be a issue for me 🤷🏻♀️ but I definitely want to try it and anyone who expects this to replacement of exercise is obviously going to be disappointing because nothing can really do that. And eating healthy too
I used it for 8 weeks and realized is a waste of money (for me my humble opinion) I went back to buying the Braggs’s ACV by the gallon ($15). They taste great, you can carry them to work buy (convenient) but, I am better off using the natural product

So I don't for the 2 hours after taking them but after that I am back to normal with hunger. If you are feeling hungry I would suggest drinking a ton of water (2-3 glasses) as you take them or after to hydrate. Sometimes dehydration would feel like hunger.
I'm on day four and even though the bottle says up to 6 gummies the two that I take has suppressed my appetite. I have my pineapple spinach smoothie in the morning , water throughout the day and then dinner before 7 pm. All good for me.
Since I started on this journey on 8/29/20, you won't believe the 1st bottle is gone in one week. My husband did not tell me he wanted to try them. To my surprise, my kids were like mom what you got there. I'm so glad I purchased 3 bottles. Who would have thought that everyone in the house accept my eldest son would try ACVG. I bought some to try, but I usually take ACV with water or juice. Once before breakfast and before dinner. I'm pretty sure they taste great, but ACV is more cost effective.
But we also have to take into consideration how the acid of straight AVC messes up the enamel on your teeth and also the lining of your throat so there are its pros and cons
Great honest opinion. I started taking a few weeks ago. I aswell do 4 gummies a day. I do 2 in the morning while I'm drinking my 32 oz of water on my way to work.and 2 after my 9 am breakfast. I like taking the 2 in the morning, because I feel like it is nice getting them on board on a empty stomach with water to kinda cleanse first thing every morning.i do feel like the price is kinda high for what it is. I would really like to see goli add a multivitamin to it if the price will continue to stay at this or higher. The number 1 biggest and most important reason I gave it a try was for digestion. I have add issues since I was a baby. I have not had one issue since taking these. I was diagnosed with IBS and we thought that I had a spastic colon. This product has been amazing for my digestive track. Another benefit that has been nice, is I have see bloating alot less. The more a take it, the better it seems to get. This is something I noticed right off the bat as well. This has been helpful for me because I do enjoy 2-3 beer daily. I'm going to continue to take for awhile to see a longer results. For me though, the taste, having a little treat and at the same time getting digestional relief, it has so far been worth it.

These are delicious. I take 4-6 a day. I started 30 days ago and I didn't change my diet. I didn't work out during those 30 days. Either these aid in weight loss or I have a parasite. Lost 11 lbs. This month I'm going to take 4-6 a day, but I'm going top start working out again and eat well. Lets see what happens.

HI JERAMIE yes i agreed with you, more like a 15 day then 1 month supply. when i was taking this first thing in the morning, i pop about 4 of them before breakfast or anything. i do find myself not feeling hungry and do give abit of energy but not through out the whole day, i feel like after 3-4 hours i would need to take more, i was going to the toilet more often.. but i find myself eating super late during the day, my meal dropped down to about 2-3 from 5-6 before.
My sister lost a lot of weight with the apple cider vinegar but then she gained it all back these I've been on them for a week they help I don't get hungry but the thing is it says they're for detox also I don't see nothing of detoxing with these what else do you recommend me doing I really need to lose 20 lb

I would like to point out that 1 shot = 1.5 oz = 3 tablespoons, and from what Goli says 2 gummies equals 1 shot (if they are following standard measures) So in retrospect you are getting 3 tablespoons worth. Otherwise, thanks for the review and opinion! I'm still waiting on mine to come in and try.
Thank you for the info. Sadly I cannot find that info. I did find that they say 1 gummy is .5 Tablespoon. When drinking ACV alone we deal in tablespoons and not shots.
I ordered for the first time, today. It was buy 4 get one free. Plus the code Surprise for a extra 20% off for cyber Monday. Works out to roughly $85 dollars and some odd cents Canadian for 5 month supply. So we shall see how this goes. If it will help with bloating etc.
I been noticing my gums been sore. I don’t know if it’s the Apple cider vinegar or water flossing or the baking soda toothpaste LOL it’s all so harsh my gums been hurting lately and my lips swollen. I did want to try them. They are expensive in Canada but I’m curious and this is much more gentle. I drink apple cider 3X a day and drink water.
Of course every one will have different results. Apparently some people are very pleased with their results. @@TheUshathomas Ill add onto this too. It does help for weight loss because it can supress hunger cravings during your fasting hours, and in my case, it makes my appetitie much smaller. I also have ALOT more energy throughout the day, and i no longer need things like coffee to wake me up in the morning. Obviously, working out, and a healthy diet helps as well (not to mention im on a calorie defecit and i do intermittent fasting...if you're trying to maximize results). So yes, these are very helpful for weight loss.
Can literally get ACV supplements at Walmart that last the same amount of time with same benefits for 1/4 of the price if your taking 4 gummies a day that’s only a 2 week supply with oh means a month supply is 40 bucks, yeah no thanks

Ashar Mujtaba I did but it was very late getting to me. the product was decent and I think it curbed my appetite but once I ran out my stomach felt very weird for about a week and I never have stomach issues like that. I don’t think I’d buy the product again.

I will add that I just turned 37. I do not work out. I'm 180-185 and 6ft tall.

Its not a weight loss system. It helps at the beginning then maintains. If she wants... I went Vegan and lost a ton of weight.

Strangest thing I bout another brand an I also had 59. Have they said why this is happening? I took pick too..gonna email them now.
I wonder if it is by weight?
I just started yesterday two a day it made me pee a lot which I'm use to but I don't get the weight loss , I mean if you already eat a healthy diet and drink lots of water and get exercise why are YOU taking it, I have MS with minimum movement and I snack all day, but j just on day one it suppressed my appetite I loss a little water weight but later that night I got hungry found myself eating after my normal time so my advice eat 3 healthy meals snack lite or not at all get exercise if you can why waist money on a temporary fix I too may give it 6mos but I lost 27 lbs doing what you did warer water water movement 3 full meals is the key and a healthy snack or snacks
You will see in my comments that I state this isn't for weight loss and I still stick by that. I take it for the other added benefits.

I would like to point out that 1 shot = 1.5 oz = 3 tablespoons, and from what Goli says 2 gummies equals 1 shot (if they are following standard measures) So in retrospect you are getting 3 tablespoons worth. Otherwise, thanks for the review and opinion! I'm still waiting on mine to come in and try.
Thank you for the info. Sadly I cannot find that info. I did find that they say 1 gummy is .5 Tablespoon. When drinking ACV alone we deal in tablespoons and not shots.

I been noticing my gums been sore. I don’t know if it’s the Apple cider vinegar or water flossing or the baking soda toothpaste LOL it’s all so harsh my gums been hurting lately and my lips swollen. I did want to try them. They are expensive in Canada but I’m curious and this is much more gentle. I drink apple cider 3X a day and drink water.
Hmm... Have you tried remocing one of those items to see what is causing it. I cant say that these wont do it but this is the first I have heard.

@@TheUshathomas most of my replies here are how these aren’t a weight loss tool. When first using them you might see some weight loss as you body shifts but it will not replace diet and excercise.

@@TheUshathomas Ill add onto this too. It does help for weight loss because it can supress hunger cravings during your fasting hours, and in my case, it makes my appetitie much smaller.
I also have ALOT more energy throughout the day, and i no longer need things like coffee to wake me up in the morning.
Obviously, working out, and a healthy diet helps as well (not to mention im on a calorie defecit and i do intermittent fasting...if you're trying to maximize results).
So yes, these are very helpful for weight loss.
Where from 60 dollars expensive ,try first time today hope see results.

Can literally get ACV supplements at Walmart that last the same amount of time with same benefits for 1/4 of the price if your taking 4 gummies a day that’s only a 2 week supply with oh means a month supply is 40 bucks, yeah no thanks

I think someone needs to count them when they first get the product and report back. If they are cheating ppl on the servings that’s BS. Has anyone else had issues with shipping? I bought them 7 days ago and still waiting, yet their site said it was expedited shipping. I’m starting to get impatient and pissed. Ashar Mujtaba I did but it was very late getting to me. the product was decent and I think it curbed my appetite but once I ran out my stomach felt very weird for about a week and I never have stomach issues like that. I don’t think I’d buy the product again.
