Oh yea, Then the damn thing wont close and seal. What is the trick for that? Its like having an open window in the house ALL THE TIME.
Sometimes (for old ones) you need to push a little hard to close it properly. Otherwise check that there is no problem with the closing mechanism.

I lived in my house a month now and thought these were just top hinged windows.. I watch the first few seconds of this and was like cool.. that’s how you open the vent.. then as soon as you opened it further I literally when “OMG”!! And ran to try it out on my windows! It worked! Thank you so much!

Wind seems to blow Mine open..
When it is tightly closed, the wind cannot open it.
