At the end of the Parish Council election at the press briefing, I heard Andrew Holness make a speech about crime. He said when they did the survey of what the people need, crime didn't come up, it was road and water the major concerns. I'm here wondering if he doesn't care about Jamaicans or he's not cognizant of the crime rate.

I AM TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE ECJ FOR NOT STANDING BY THE SAME METRICS IT USED IN IDENTICAL SITUATIONS FOLLOWING THE TWO PREVIOUS PARISH COUNCIL ELECTIONS (2012 & 2016).
AT THIS POINT, THE ECJ CAN'T BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY! IT NEED TO BE DISMANTLED! BECAUSE, ANY POLITICAL PARTY IN THE FUTURE CAN PRESSURE THE ECJ TO CHANGE ELECTION RESULTS IN ITS FAVOUR!
THE PNP HAS JUST DEMONSTRATED THAT IT'S WILLING TO USE STRONG ARM TACTICS, BULLYING, AND OTHER UNDERHANDED TACTICS TO TRY AND WIN AN ELECTION!
