Check out the limits of the custom model. In big company you will fast reach them. For me , hard way, we went back to our the box model that do not need the training
Hey Zoran - yes, you are right, this will use AI Credit. From the research I did, you will be able to have this running on a profile for 15$ a month, as long as you don't receive more than 156 invoices a month. If you are in a big company with many automation flows running, you will need to upgrade the capacity but that might end up being quite expensive. What do you mean box model, if I can ask? :)
@@MatKjeldsen Hi Mat, When you use the custom model, you need to create collections, but there’s a 200-collection limit per model. For us, this was a hard stop, as we needed more collections. My team tested and ultimately switched to the prebuilt invoice processing model, which removed this limitation. However, we did lose some precision and functions, as the prebuilt model can’t recognize certain elements that our custom model could. And, it does not need training,so making the work much easier for the background team. I really liked your video; it covers important topics on handling invoices. One additional step we took was saving the results in a SharePoint list. This gave us a central place to view all received invoices for further processing. We also used the model’s accuracy data to filter out unrecognized information, allowing users to manually correct values as needed.
@@ZoranRuzic1 I did not know that, thanks for sharing! It sounds like you got quite the operation running. Saving it to a SharePoint list also makes sense, and the connections to do so is easy since everything is MS. Can I ask what your job position is called?
