Man, i went here simply out of curiosity, on how the edit would relate caitvi to this ts song because i've been seeing some and, I too, feel that this could be heavily cait's feelings' pov in their rs. Was just enjoying the first parts, but i didn't expect i was gonna get onboard on feels train this much, especially those last scenes during the last chorus (i miss them, yes). Also, those parts of their jail scene, I don't know how, whenever they appear, it really hits me with feels. I remember reading on socmed that, that jail scene was for vi to reclaim vi's trauma or agency or some sort, and having cait as some kind of reward for all she's gone through. But watching that scene the very first time, it really felt the other way around too, for all of cait's misdeeds due to grief. That part where their foreheads touched, vi's smile with pure gladness, cait's smile of relief with teary eyes(angle made the eyelid looks like tears), because both have finally had what their feelings want. It was so touching. While I do like and appreciate the atmosphere contributed by king princess' fantastic (also in cait's pov as some, if they try, could connect), This ts song, too, could somehow, reflect that feeling of finality of their relationship's arc but with them having each other in the end, in contrast to the song's og meaning (as some would want to interpret). I've been rambling thanks to the song lol. Really missing them. Thank you for this really amazing edit! Really love it ❤
