The gold dinar was a gold currency that Gadaffi believed would free Africa from the shackles of the global economic system and bring about greater prosperity for all. He wanted to create independent African currency. Gaddafi's plan would indeed have changed the current status quo and shifted power to the countries with the most resources, and which continent is being exploited the most for resources? You guessed it, Africa. The goal of this new currency was to stop using the dollar for oil transactions. Nigeria, Egypt, Tunisia and Angola were all prepared to change their currencies. Under Gadaffi, Libyans had access to free water, nearly free gasoline, a free healthcare system and free education. The attack on Libya like the attack on Iraq is about power and control of resources, including not only oil but also gold. Nato went to Libya to loot 144 tons of gold. Gaddafi had advocated for Africa to use the abundant gold in Libya and South Africa to create an African currency based on a gold dinar for all foreign exchange..in other words, if countries wanted to buy resources from Africa they would have to do so in gold dinars not dollars. The dinar has a much higher value than the dollar, hence making Africa richer by default. This gold was accumulated and was intended to be used to establish a Pan African currency based on the Libyan gold dinar. This provided an alternative to the French franc for francophone African countries. France discovered this plan.

Our people, the majority workforce, are just another bunch of exploited cattle for them and the capitalist minority they serve like any other nation but there are good peoples, good allies to be found here.
As example of that, 10 million people in the UK voted for an anti war anti NATO pro peace pro society candidate offering real hope and change for the benefit not just of a workforce in the UK but for all given his policies.
He didn't win and was indeed robbed of his candidacy by fraud and corruption, but the cat is out of the bag so to speak and demands for real substantive systemic changes are not just coming from African nations but coming from a majority impoverished population within the twin hearts of western empire itself, namely the US and UK.
The future belongs to you my friend and all the peoples of the south and east. I only pray you treat the working peoples of our nations with more compassion and respect than our leaders and corporations showed to yours. Lead by your better example, do not follow ours.

A brilliant submission calling out the true facts and challenges confronting Africa.
Like he says, “we are not enemy’s”… BUT we desire to be respected and treated with the true terms and sense of sovereignty.
Africa cannot have so much YET our people remain in abject poverty.

Correct analysis and DIRECT , SINCERE message! The quotes about NATO, "American-style democracy", the reference to Russia and the war in Ukraine represent real facts. Excellent message! Congratulations from Sweden!

When a partnership relation is fair, productive, constructive and benefits both parts, everything is going well and guarantees a healthy long term relationship. The problems arise when after decencies, even centuries one part takes advantage and the other part is poorer and poorer having any benefits, development, iou don’t have to be a Genius to understand that.
