Have you ever been on the Discovery Princess before? Do you have a preferred stateroom type??
It’ll be my first time on a Princess ship I’ll be on the Discovery in 2025 on a solo cruise to Alaska. I decided to splurge and I not only got a mini-suite, but the Reserved Collection. I figure since the Alaska cruise I planned a few years ago got cancelled - for reasons 😉 (as we weren’t allowed into Canada), why not go all out.
Thank you so much though for showing off your canon. Each time I see a canon on the ship, I get more excited. And then can’t wait to try the bedding. Oh heck. I can’t exit to try everything. 🎉

Three of us stayed in a deluxe obstructed stateroom on the Regal Princess. It featured an oversized balcony as well as the sofa bed shown in this video, and there was no obstruction at all; promenade deck was below us, but we had a clear view in front and on both sides. The sofa bed is very comfortable, maybe not the level of the regular Princess beds, but still great.

Have never sailed on this ship. Suite is preferred stateroom, but cannot afford it.😢
