Make sure you brush gently too, I've read studies that miswak and toothbrushes (especially with harder bristles) can cause trauma to gums and even cause recession when used incorrectly 🙏🏽
After seeing the earlier video on your first toothpaste alternative, i knew you would eventually circle back with some more heat brother Ahmaud. Appreciate the growing knowledge and consistent work you put in 💯
I'm currently doing Prof A Ehret's transition, ie mostly fruits. I'm a huge fan of Prof Ehret, his books are amazing. ty for sharing, i wish I ate mostly fruit, I would still have my teeth.
Mhh interesting how they called my people primitive for using "mswaki" as thats what we call in Kenya. The native Maasai's and Turkana community who have been good at maintaining their cultural heritage always use mswaki
wats good bro, its crazy cause i been thinkin Bout trying this out.. still confused on how to use it. do we still brush our teeth and use this after like u did? or should this replace the reg toothbrush/toothpaste?
Peace! You can simply use the miswak to brush your teeth without the need for toothpaste. The miswak is reusable. When the tip becomes overused, you can cut it off and peel lower on the stick. I only brushed twice because it was my first time using it, and I wasn't sure how it would turn out. 😅 as mentioned, this will more than likely be my only tool for brushing soon.
Thank you. Your link for the Miswak Toothbrush states that the item is unavailable and may not become available in the future. I thought that you would want to know.
I no longer use myrrh. Typically, I would include it in my powder mixture, but I have been enjoying the oil-based mixture without it in terms of taste and overall freshness.
@@BrandonAhmaudwhat is the recipe for the tooth paste , I tried the mouth wash and for someone who has and.extremely sensitive mouth it was not irritating at all so I thank you for that.
Did you get gallstones while doing the 30 day fast ? I heard some people get stones when they do prolonged fasts I wanted to try 20 days but I’m afraid I’ll get stoned is there anyway to prevent that from happening?
I am currently fasting. In my opinion, work up your fast. Like 1day, 3 days, 5 days, 7days 10days, 14 days then 21. Have breaks from one fast to the next. During those breaks, eat as healthy as possible so that the fast doesn't become difficult. During that time journal so that you can learn alot about your body. This method is much more gentle on the body.
What if u made ur own coconut oil? (It gets expensive i know) but i heard shelved coconut oil is like not 20% coconut oil. Btw bro. Real life question. Can i grow adult teeth back? Id prefer my own mouth than a root canal
Peace. It sounds good, but I don't have access to enough coconuts to make my own oil. I'm sure you could, but it would require utmost discipline. By practicing fasting and then replenishing your body with the necessary minerals for regrowth, you could potentially achieve it. Check out the dental herbalism book I shared in the description for more detailed information.

Hello...did you use ground sage, ginger powder, and ground cinnamon for this recipe?
No. In the video it was the plant form. The cinnamon was a cinnamon stick.
@@changes649 ok...thank you.
What type of sesame oil for oil pulling? Toasted or virgin? Which brand? Where do you order your copper tongue scraper?
Do you still do the fluoride cleanings when you go visit the dentist?
How long does the mouth wash last? Also do you refrigerate or keep out?
Last two weeks at room temp.
Thank you for your content ☺️

Are there any health benefits of drinking coffee?
Yes, but negative outweigh the positives imo

I’d recommend Jesus ❤️ He is the only one who has a purpose and a plan for your life.
