My parents had a white one with a red interior, white top, loaded. Beautiful car. Bought it used in 1969.

I had one of these in white, non convertible, but god did i love it. Got T-Boned in it in Sioux City IA, still drove it for 2 more years with 11 foot long Dent!! Steering finally gave out and had to junk it :( (oh and it sounds like a hurricane inside going 120+ on the freeway lol)

What a gorgeous car! The only thing I'd add to it is...... Me! And MAYBE the wife!

It appears to be in good condition. The formal black paint doesn't go with a sunny afternoon convertable. I'd like to see it as it was originally.

68 duce convertable, buick,s cadillac big comfortable, a real stand out, at that time buick was trying to tone down it,s flambouyant image, but just think about how life would have been boring with out cars like these, what an achievement.

Caddies have more bells and whistles which translates to more problems, but the Electra is a unique example of great American luxury styling, roaring power and a cloud-like ride all rolled into one distinctive land yacht with a rakish wink and the kind of sex appeal that speaks volumes for the driver that doesn't scream for attention!

I actually preferred the Electra and also the Olds 98 to the Cadillac, they were more "sportier". Back in those days GM marketed their line up from top down as Cadillac, Buick, Oldsmobile, Pontiac, and last but not least the good old Chevrolet!
