How to replace blower motor resistor to likely fix Hyundai Sonata AC/Heater not blowing.

Thanks for vid. Worked well. Hardest part was getting there. Anyone attempting this i would say add having a sideways/bent/angled Phillips and possibly a set of needle nose pliers for the glove box pins as one wouldn't cooperate (used bent ones there too). Mine was done under warranty a couple times, so i wonder if i should have used Vaseline on the glove box pins. I used one of them small wratcheting phillips head for removal of part but there's room for a stubby. Easy peasy. Should it be a recall tho?

Just got a 2012 from my father in law. Nothing will blow out of the vents. Replaced the fuse under the steering wheel. I can hear the blower motor trying to work when I turn the defroster on, but just barely. Would it be worth it to do this first before replacing the blower motor?

My girlfriend has a 2013 Hyundai Sonata and her air or heat not coming on at all. Saying complete nothing but after awhile of driving you will eventually feel it come on. And by its being cold now we really need the heat plus it’s hard to defrost the windows. So is this what you would suggest?????

How do you know if that's the part that's out? Couldnt it be a fuse or relay? Or the motor for the fan? Thanks for any help
