It's funny that Callie has you guys figured out. If Dad says no, then ask Uncle Matt, and then, when that doesn't work, it's off to Grandpa. Pretty soon she'll bypass Dad and Matt altogether and go to Grandpa. Tomatoes look beautiful.
Callie is the sweetest little girl. You are raising her right. You can feel how loved she is and how important to continue a farming family. Such hard workers.
The very BEST way to raise children! In functional, multigenerational, home businesses. Id have given anything to have raised mine in this environment. We tried. Hubs was a herdsman on a dairy farm. But we couldn’t go around on it too much, just the edges. They planted two rows on the perimeter of the field corn with sweet corn, so we got that. I planted a tomato plant in a bucket. We got milk and meat. I loved the life though. I just didn’t like farm hand pay. The owner should have paid the laborers more and taken fewer cruises. It was a “go nowhere” life for a hand. He worked with the dairy cattle, not the fields. The owner planted corn, wheat, soybeans. If you top dressed the troughs with soy, milk production would skyrocket. We had 2 very small children at this time.
Do you miss the family suppers? Do you still eat together occasionally? I always thought it was so special how your family lived and ate together. A lost tradition
Put some of those split ones in a basket for grandma. You could have five gallons of tomato sauce simmering instead of throwing so many back in the field.
Hey we stopped by last Tuesday and bought some sweet corn and some mums, enjoyed meeting you , Daniel ,Mathew and Aunt Becky. keep on Picking, and the corn was fantastic!!!!
Good afternoon Andrew n all the veggie boys n girls n Ms.Callie bless her heart she is growing up so fast the animals are looking good awesome harvest with rhe tomatoes n cucumbers the mums are beautiful
What beautiful corn, tomatoes and chilies! I sure miss being in the garden harvesting! Your videos are amazing! Great teaching content! Kali (Cali?) is talking more and more too! : ) What a cutie! Lol Thank you so much! Your videos make my day! : )
I just wanted to say that I have anxiety badly but your videos alleviate it. Your dad reminds me so much of mine, he served in WW2, and it calms me. Thank you so much for what you do. I feel my father thru yours to my own daughter. I really love that you have not focused your channel on daughter but on what you do as a farmer. Thank you so much, love your daughter's cameos, assume she has a college fund. You are really genuine in what you do.
Hi..so nice to see your video today. Always a treat. Callie, so cute, loves her pumpkin and tomato, and so cute the sweet corn dance. Great you are taking her out with you and the family, good experience and some bonding time 😁 how do you know what field has what, wow! Give you and your family tons of credit to keep such a great farm going..crops, animals, mums, market.. hard work for sure.. thank you for sharing 😊
Despite the fact that you will turn chickens and cattle into food, you always treat your livestock with respect and kindness. We farmed the same way and I think it stood us in good stead!
This summer went by so fast! The holidays are looming. I've enjoyed this year's picking season so much. Even with all the rain. Here's to hoping that next year is a little dryer. It's always easier to add water than take it away. I'm going to cherish these last weeks of picking. 😊
I have turned 60 this year I have slowed down a lot but looks like u go strong everyday grandpa keep keeping on u have raised a hard working family u should be very proud
Callie is such a sweetheart🩷 Her little pumpkin was so precious as she carried around and kissed it. She really was also very cute when she was eating tomatoes out in the garden and then she decided they were gross, but she still wanted another one. When dad said no, she goes to grandpa. Too funny! She sure is a sweetheart, and I love her at the end of the video when she says goodbye to all of us. She makes the show right along with her Daddy❣️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️🩷🩷.
It's always a wonderful feeling to see a child munching on veggies (and fruits) as snacks 🤍 Callie absolutely is having a wonderful upbringing with all the love and experience she's receiving. Beautiful harvest, as always.
Great video as always! Star of the show ---- Callie and her tomatoes and pumpkin!👱♀️ From Ontario, Canada (and previously just south of Andrew in Pa)!!!
I am a lucky consumer of Ochs veggies, beef and eggs. The tomatoes are wonderful. We bought a big box of seconds that could easily pass for firsts. Also, their beef is the best.
I have watched your videos many times. Some day I want to visit your market. I live 2 hors away in upstate ny, near syracuse. You do a fine job and care about your produce. Best of luck, and keep up the good work.
Andrew I love Calli she's so sweet wanting to help Daddy. But she had to try the tomatoes you where picking.I think that was cute she had eaten two and mom is going to wonder why not hungry for lunch.
So glad you got the good tomato harvest, good pickling cuke harvest and well all the peppers and corn too! Callie is so smart, and so cute! Glad you are teaching her about gardening and harvesting by hand.

Guy's you really work with love as a happy family little girl do have fun with everyone beautiful garden vegetables and corn is my favorite thanks for sharing
Back in the 1960's, while growing up in a rural town to your south, in Chester County, the 'splitting tomato dilemma' created a big problem each autumn, which was addressed between the 1930's and early 1950's by the family who's home was the anchor of our 6-home neighborhood. They developed recipes for everything from "minute-steak sauce", to a tomato/bay leaf/onions-and-spices 'quart jar formula halupki sauce' that could only be used after January 20th each year. But the very best canned item made was a 'dry sauce Italian tomato pie sauce', which contained freshly-grated Romano cheese and 'minced pork cracklin's. The neighborhood-efforts ceased in the late 1970's, as the elders 'aged-out'. It was resourcefulness which got us through those days, and you can't be any more resourceful than those in NEPA!

Howdy from central Texas. I received 1.5 inches of rain over the weekend. Grateful for the rain but it causes it's own challenges.

I’d love to see you guys make wine- from harvest to bottle!
With your grapes you can wash, dry, and freeze them and when you have time, destem then make wine.
I live in Louisiana and really enjoy watching your videos every day
Oh my gosh!! Those habaneros look GORGEOUS!!!❤❤ ❤
I'm not a fan of eating hot peppers, but I do enjoy looking at them. Those habaneros were absolutely gorgeous - such beautiful reds and oranges!
Hope the next year’s crops fair better. Still y’all have an amazing farm.
It's the first month of Spring here in Sydney Australia and we're already having a heatwave, 37C on Monday, 35C Tuesday.
Ohhh Callie is telling on you😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Callie sure doesn’t lack for love and attention!
Your tomatoes are gorgeous!! Callie is adorable! Hope your TH-cam channel grows and grows. Love all of your videos!
If you have problems sleeping at night, become a farmer!
Correct
Having crops subjected to weather and spending all the crop inputs upfront is enough to keep most farmers up at night. Lots of faith required!
❤
@@ryanfarmsproduce Their bodies are too tired to be worrying about anything.
Farmers drive machines all night
don't miss a show love them
Callie is so cute!
Love your channel
Hello Andrew, you guys have always inspired me. Greetings from Timor-Leste.

add on :D my lizards thank you for the corn bores :D
Lol Callie has a “it’s gross” phase.
So glad to see more of the star of the channel, Callie!
When are you going to do a video of the cows being milked ? Do you sell the milk in your store or sell it to another company ?
They are beef cattle, not dairy. No milking.
Hello, i really enjoy watching your videos, where you live the nature is as beautiful as where i live. I am Mary, where i live is also endowed by the creator with majestic nature and there are many kinds of fruits in every seasons of the year. Wishing you health and success !
