Hi Shobha, Your videos are very useful! I wanted to know that - I worked in 2 companies (say X and Y) I have served notice period for company X and I have my relieving letter but in company Y, I worked for less than 6 months and had to leave the organization without prior notice due to medical issue and later the company terminates me but provide a relieving letter which states - he was sincere and dedicated to the job he had been assigned. Now I'm confused will it considered as abscond case or terminate case or resign case and want to know how will a MNC company (Google, Amazon, EY, DELOITTE...) take this scenario will they consider me or not? And how can I save myself from this situation?
In reliving letter +ve feedback and u abscond for some valid reason so it wont create any big issues but companies like google, Amazon have their own policies so it's totally depends upon the company.
Really fantastic 👍
