Yes, and doing the video in 4K allows us to read (street signs, Village names, etc.) to see exactly where they are in The Villages, which helps in following where/direction they're headed. -- BR
Excellent video and narration. We visit here many times and try to explain to family-friends how great it is. This video really conveys it best. Thank you. Only suggestion is to reduce length to 30 -45 min. New Sub😊
@@ChillinDrives If you do that, just make a longer video in several parts so you still get it all in, but smaller pieces viewers can see at their convenience. Still, some people have short attention spans -- not just kids, many 'seniors' as well, so you can't please them no matter what you do. As I said earlier, it's your channel so produce your content as YOU see fit. -- BR
Great video for someone wanting to learn more about The Villages. It would also really help if you included the names of the main streets being driven on! It would help if I could follow along on the map.
The villages Amenity fee will go 30:03 up and up, they went up $10 a month this year. I have seen people moving there who are on TH-cam often including budgets etc. Why i moved from Maryland bought a house all brick 4 bedroom 19:53 2 bathroom 2 car garage large yard all Natural Gas AT&T Fiber and no HOA built in 2016. The food and people and festivals and more is genuine here in Lafayette Louisiana lots of fresh seafood here.
Why didn’t you go to Sawgrass Grove and across the Bexley bridge to see all the new areas and the future Eastport town square? 🤷🏼♂️ … instead of Leesburg 🤔 Nothing to see in South Leesburg
Yes, a lot of the driving to Leesburg -- especially the video of being being stuck in traffic (for too long) -- could have been cut-out in the final editing, but otherwise a nice "driving" video...especially in The Villages (of course). -- BR
Wow. I saw the regular streets: no sidewalks, no room for bicycles. Golf course overkill. Really looks like a place where people go to die. Not for us.
All the driving around on city streets, show not much at all was pretty boring. The two small towns you showed were groovy, but without any detail for the most part, it told me little about the villages enter workings. Better luck next time.
@@ChillinDrives I think you did fine - thank you! And you can always do a Part 2, 3 or whatever else you want -- or not. It's your channel so do as you see fit and don't let the "nattering nabobs of negativism" discourage you (yes, that's one of my famous lines & often quoted -- thanks!). 🙂 -- Spiro T. Agnew One more thing: You did the video in 4K...outstanding, as the scenery deserves that high resolution to appreciate it. 4K makes a large file (~12GB this one) but IMO it's a must-do. Other Villagers making these 'touring' videos MIGHT use 720/1080p, but that obsolete (nowadays) resolution fails to do the scenery justice. Sad they don't (won't) get that.
Very time consuming to process and upload but adds more clarity and hopefully makes it more enjoyable to watch. It is 60fps…. File uploaded to TH-cam is 60gb…. TH-cam compresses it. Thanks for watching and commenting!
@@ChillinDrives Wow...60GB...amazing, would never have guessed the video file was that large. Maybe 30fps would be decent enough vs. 60fps. Or at worst, you could do the really long videos in 2K -- a compromise but still might work well enough: Not as clear as 4K, true, but still better than 1080p. And a smaller file to edit/upload for you. Happy New Year, -- BR
@@ChillinDrives The voice-over is fine, and you give a whole LOT of info that way vs. just driving around silently. Not only facts about the Villages as you drive but also where you are at a given time so we viewers know the location. I don't see any other way of providing that info, which I think is really important and quite useful, especially for people considering relocating to The Villages. -- BR
Wow there are some GRUMPY people in the comments!! Great informative video and showcase of the Villages!!
Right!? Appreciate the time taken to shoot and narrate this drive-through.
Thank you for your kind comments and watching!
Thank you 😊
Great video! Thanks
Thanks for watching!
Very nice video and very informatived!!

An Awesome video and very informative

Thanks again for your feedback!

Note taken, thanks for watching!
I would suggest adding a map in one of the lower corners that follows the cameras view
We have discussed many times but thought it would take up too much screen real estate. Thanks for your comment.
Looks like the American dream
I would imagine for those that live here, love it!
Reminds me of the Truman movie!

At the 19:04 mark: Wow, was THAT 'display' a waste of time! Love it...I'm sure they did (election results) as well. ;-)

😆
26:05 - That near collision is what I expect in The Villages. 😮😂
Could happen anywhere really, thanks for watching!
What time do the alligators walk the neighborhood?
They are usually sunning during the day next to the ponds. When you are too close, they head to the water.
Welcome to the TV show, The Prisoner

You are Number 6.

We headed to our favorite bakery which is on the other side of Leesburg. So many areas to see. Perhaps a part 2 ? Thanks for your feedback.

What is that constant engine noise, a generator? Or what?
Diesel engine, will try to mute more in future. Thanks for your feedback.

I like the narration but the voice sounds unnatural
Thanks for your feedback, we will try something different on the next one. Maybe you will like it better?
The voice sounds a bit like Jennifer Parr but not exactly. Maybe this is artificial intelligence? Not sure.
Not AI, it’s a real voice. I will have to listen to her voice again.
I Personally think it's a fake surrounding imitate europeaan

Only for active adults Not for couch potatoes
Yes, best to be active especially if you are paying for it.
I don't prefer the voice narrative
No voice at all, or that voice? Thanks for watching.
@ChillinDrives No voice at all, I like hearing the nature
