Hey Matt, have you thought about puting closed cell foam in the drawers and making individual cut outs for each tool? I wouk in a huge semiconductor facility and move my wheeled toolbox all over the facility, the foam makes it so the tools don't get all jumbled. It also adds the benefit of making real really easy to se if a tool is not in its home as well as making sure shared tools go back to where they live
