I agree man! Tom Jane worked hard to live up to this character and I really enjoyed the film, I liked war zone but another Punisher film would be awesome!
Shane S If they do, I hope they bring Jane back. He really captured the character, from losing his family, until he actually became the Punisher in the end. I, too, liked War Zone. I just don't think it did as good a job of capturing who the Punisher is.
yeah I totaly agree with you, its kinda strange in the works of Marvel movies they have no plans for any Punisher releses, we have seen lots of X men and Iron Man, but no Punisher for some unknown reason, hopefully we do see a Punisher with Tom Jane before he turns into an old man and joins the expendables crew lol!
Shane S I think Marvel just wants to focus on PG13 movies. Getting the biggest audience and most potential returns. I think this movie is one of the best to come from Marvel and Jane was amazing. It's a shame really. The Punisher is by far one of the most relatable characters from Marvel, as it's easier to relate to those without superpowers. Marvel should at least give the Punisher a TV show with an 18 rating. The man deserves his story told. I tried to watch war zone several times but never managed to make it to the end.
Shana Simpson Indeed. Jane is a huge Punisher fan, or at the very least he really relates to the character and did not like the direction they were taking. He refers to Laundry Day as a love letter to Frank Castle. Reminds me of how Ryan Reynolds warned Fox that their take on Deadpool in Origins was not going to be popular with fans and how they were misusing the character in every possible way.

Like what Optimus in Earthspark said to Soundwave about Megatron being a better protector of their kind than he'd ever be. Such a great theme. What I loved about Jane in this movie was how real he felt. He wasn't a big hulking cartoonish superhero like other Punishers are. He was just a real guy that was also a badass and wanted to punish (not avenge) those who wronged him. Personally one of the most underrated movies ever and Jane's best performance.

+John Cummings From what I've read, Jane read the script/premise for war zone and turned it down, adding it didn't portray Frank Castle how he felt he deserved. This also led to him making the Dirty Laundry film
I just realized Punisher seems like he’s one of the only superheroes who could exist in real life. He doesn’t have any superpowers or crazy gadgets he’s just a guy with a ton of training and a ton of guns. Plus I feel like there is people out there who have his mindset when it comes to criminals.

I watched this movie recently maybe for the 10th time and it never gets boring for me, it's a real masterpiece. For me,this movie describes many moments that happen to everyone in real life.I really wish there will be more Punisher movies with Tom Jane.He is the best actor for the role of the Punisher.
Although there are some plot holes in this movie, I love watching it. And this theme song is great and fits the dark and depressing tone yet also captures the feeling of redemption throughout the movie.
Such an iconic film and theme, thats extremely underrated. With an amazing Cast, Storyline, Soundtrack, and messages I still have no clue why this gets so much hate, but all I know this is extremely under-rated and deserves so much more credit. An intense and comedic film, thats really worth watching. Legendary! ""Si vis pacem, para bellum - If you want peace, prepare for war."
By far one of the best superhero films I have ever watched especially character where you can't help but constantly feel for him and what he's going to do next. Like the theme itself is inspiring. It makes you feel REALITY. It makes you feel for how justice isn't always there and sometimes you gotta take things into your hands. Such an underrated actor and movie as well. Like I honestly can't believe that at the time, this movie got so much undeserved hate. Like Thomas Jane played him perfectly, the emotion, the voice, EVERYTHING. Even the soundtrack itself, is amazing and even as I'm writing this I'm listening too it. 5/5. This has been a movie I've always wanted to watch since childhood since I've always seen clips of it, and loved it and I finally got the chance to watch it, like is it just me or are superhero movies from the 2000s always good and way better than the ones there are now. Like this movie relates to everything there is today, especially the justice system there is today and of course whats happened with pandemic and the war we have today where the justice system and governments simply don't listen too you. Like this just shows how amazing Stan Lee's creativity was to make superhero like these, not only that but the Punisher is the only superhero or anti hero you could say, that doesn't even have powers and still puts up a great fight and takes down everyone with just pure skill, talent, and everything he's got. Like if you look at most Marvel heroes and villains, they mostly have superpowers or something, but him, he was just a average person like us, who served, became elite, and had to take things into his own hands because of how the justice system doesn't always help you, or punish those. You gotta take things into your own hands. There's honestly so much to say about the film and I don't really want to spoil it since its just amazing. Like I'm speechless, and out of words to say because there's just so MUCH to say about it and how to describe it. You really gotta watch it for yourself to understand it, feel it, and everything.
It's amazing how underrated this film is. It was fucking awesome!

"Made you kill your best friend...made you kill your wife...now I've killed you"
Joan: So you kill them. Then what? What makes you any different from them?
Punisher: They've got something to lose.
***** There's nothing wrong with it. I wasn't saying there was. I was just quoting the film.
+Xehanort10 You killed my son!
*explosion in background*
"Both of them"
the first part of this song fils my head with scenes from killzone one
Such a good movie I wish they made a second punisher
can't believe this piece still stuck in my mind, and i love it!
play this theme song after the first full strum in strength of the world but play them at the same time, they go together
I watched this movie recently maybe for the 10th time and it never gets boring for me, it's a real masterpiece. For me,this movie describes many moments that happen to everyone in real life.I really wish there will be more Punisher movies with Tom Jane.He is the best actor for the role of the Punisher.
Jon Bernthal tho 👀
Although there are some plot holes in this movie, I love watching it. And this theme song is great and fits the dark and depressing tone yet also captures the feeling of redemption throughout the movie.
Such an iconic film and theme, thats extremely underrated. With an amazing Cast, Storyline, Soundtrack, and messages I still have no clue why this gets so much hate, but all I know this is extremely under-rated and deserves so much more credit. An intense and comedic film, thats really worth watching. Legendary! ""Si vis pacem, para bellum - If you want peace, prepare for war."
Tbh and idk why. But thomas janes voice is the punisher to me.. when i read a comic thats the voice i imagine
Jane wants to be the Punisher. Did Netflix even consider him for the role in season 2 of Daredevil?
Nope.
+John Jones not at all!
x MaD MR L x he said he would only play The Punisher again if he had creative control of it
Austin Honaker the punisher dirty laundry
This is the theme song you hear when you first see the movie. Definitely sets the mood for the movie.
I remember watching this in theater when i was about 8 years old... Time fly's ! Awesome movie
Someone please make a 10 hour version please I just want it to play forever.
