I wish the Shock effect stayed in the sequels. Elec always felt weaker than the other elements in terms of Power. Giving it the lingering effect would have made it more useful than the Paralyzing effect it got in the later games.
would be great to see videos overviewing different codes throughout the series, covering how useful they are in each game and overall and some fun facts along the way
The attack might be lame, but it was the only thing that helped me to get Sharkman3 for the battle chip achievement in the legacy collection. Fuck Sharkman3, that fight is just stupid.
Yeah, but it kinda does suck. 4 chips for 200 damage, 100 if your opponent is wearing armor. Its only saving attribute is that it hits like spreader, so if any obstacles are in your opponent's area, you don't need perfect accuracy.
Aw yeah, they’re covering my favorite standard chip in the series! Honestly thought they’d be covering interrupt long before the other bn1 exclusives- …oh they didn’t like it :(
The corrupted Mr progs are so eerie, spoopy.
Gotta laugh that Ringzap3's code list says ABORT. Even the devs knew it was mid
i cant unsee that now
I kinda wish the idea of a Mr.Prog fighting came back in later entries.
Or monster taming BN gane with viruses.
It does offscreen in 6 where you see a Mr Prog in front of 3 KOd PunkNavis. The only thing you can trust 'till the end is your own power.
Pretty sure it’s called RingZap
You are correct.

I can imagine this being reworked into a kind of electric typhoon dance in Megaman star force.

1:09 Well… this is their first RPG MegaMan after all, so what did you expect? Aside from the fact you can use 10 of the same kind of standard chips.
The attack might be lame, but it was the only thing that helped me to get Sharkman3 for the battle chip achievement in the legacy collection.

Ring Zap 2 does come with E code and pairs well with the ElecSwords & Elecman Chips.
@@leongyuhinleongnaw atp all you need is elecman to vaporize sharkman quickly. It’s auto targeting and double damage
@@sean1oo1 Well true. Good news is that SharkMan has no i-frames.
Poor Power Cannon

Its useful in waterworks cause of those damn aqua swords
That time of the week again.
Ring Zap =/= Zap Ring
I kinda wish a battle network game existed where all chips from 1-6 existed plus new ones...
... where is a battle network mmo when you need it lol
This battlechip is actually call Ring zap not zap ring
isn’t this chip called “Ring Zap”?
Yes not be confused with zap ring of battle network 2 and 3
Yeah pretty shit chip
You can get some decent usage on it against IceMan, I guess, but I wouldn't use it at any other time.
