how many times has his lawyers asked for a mistrial? she is getting nasty in her demeanour towards the Judge and is making a slight mockery of the whole judiciary system. I get that she is only doing her job and trying to keep him alive, but I am certain that the way is conducting herself will only have a detrimental effect on his chances.
@Angel in Disguise I think he should be allowed to go there, unless he's a threat. I think it's important we keep the courts as fair as possible. Not allowing some people to show up in court because we don't like them, or because we don't think they are talkative enough, seems unfair.
Why are we giving this killer so much attention? All these people he killed and their families will suffer for years. generations will tell the story. Why?
He's been in jail for four years already. He'll survive. Have you ever known a mass shooter to be killed in prison in the US? Not saying it hasn't happened. What I'm saying is that it usually doesn't. Same with child predators.

This shows you how difficult, expensive, and agonizing in convicting an obviously guilty mass murderer. A more prompt, fair, and balanced justice be in place.
@@andi12270 That's obvious but why such a death or life choice be prolonged. The family and the taxpayers are being punished, the former with the agony of waiting and looking at his monstrous presence and the latter in "overtime expense".
Oh my god so someone can go and cause all the heartache imaginable and his lawyers are offended that swasticas drawn by their client might sway a jury. Outrageous of them trying to waste the time of a judge and jury and not to mention what it would cost to go to a mistrial. They are grasping at straws. How about worrying how offensive this is to all those grieving families.
Due process is fair for everyone. Regardless of what their actions have delt on society, each offender deserves a fair trial. Bear in mind, "Fair" is not always equal.

He killed his mother through stress
He most likely killed his adoptive father that way as well.
4 Years Later, And We’re Still Doing This…Just Throw The Book At Him Already.
That’s what happens when you let Hollywood take over the court room.
Just throw into busy traffic.
Or throw away the key

Do you think he wants to spend the rest of his life in prison? At his age, it is basically a lifetime in prison.
Just curious, what age is this judge roughly
When is this going to end
I do not like having to see that man's face on the screen. Long live the memory of his victims.
You hate seeing his face on the TV screen. I can't even imagine being in court as a relative and love one of one of his victims.
This man as a demon!!!!
Is that judge smoking hot or what?

She is smoking hott!
🤣

Public interest. He killed a lot of people, and traumatized even more.

Great judge 👩⚖️ well done 👏🏻
Yes well done. She just handed them the ammo needed for an appeal. Great job judge.
