All of my Sod Busters are the mini size. The amber peach seed bone is also one of my favorite cover materials from Case. I don’t have this one yet but I am working on the CV models. Of course, I never turn my nose up at the SS models. I love Case knives and enjoy seeing them anywhere. Thanks for sharing!

The CV are more popular, I have a few as well. Their handles are what stand out to me. Great stuff, thanks RJ.

I purchased one Today from a local Pawnshop that has some NOS from 2018 so I talked them down to $45 CASH out the door. They have several more so I may go and buy at least one more. It’s my 1st Sodbuster of any size. The blade lines up straight and it doesn’t have any gaps. It’s a very nice pocketknife.👍❤️🇺🇸

What a beautiful knife, thanks for the review! I’ve been collecting for years, but have never even set eyes on a Case knife. Where I come from it was just Schrade and Buck offered in stores.

Since I watched this I have ordered three of these Sodbuster Jrs and they are all great knives
I haven’t tried the Amber Bone yet which is strange for me bc it’s my default handle in Case Knives
I have bought the Navy Blue with Red Shield Well actually it was a gift from my son and I have bought the Pocket Worn Orange Corn Cob Jig which came perfect from Knives Shipped Free and I bought the Buffalo Horn Jig Bone in S35VN from Shepherd Hills and it’s a killer
The S35VN is so good it’s unbelievable I’m carrying the other two just to say I have but I’m carrying the Buffalo Horn forever Anyway TK as always you did a great review of a great piece I never would have given it a chance if you and Randy of GA Adventurer hadn’t given it such great reviews Thanks for showing respect to an American Icon and Legend You ARE the man

I am quickly becoming a fan of the Sod Buster design. Nice and simple with a vestatile blade, and fairly light.
Would recommend a slip or sheath because the backsquare can be a bit sharp and wear the pocket quickly.

Thanks for the review Kaniffy. I have still have a sodbuster and the handle is great. I'm just not a fan of the blade shape. The concept of the knife is great, I just don't like the way the knife has the high point with the rounded sharp edge curving so high to the point. Even spay blades drop the point some for skinning or cutting a carcass. It seems either you love them or hate them. Jeff

    Nice knife 👍.
    A very " usable " pattern , the Sodbuster makes a great work / E.D.C. that seems
to be " accepted " (doesn't scream weapon) in most circumstances by those
who are less then knife friendly .(here in N.Y.C. , this is always a consideration
in choosing what to carry ) It's nice to see that Case can still produce a working
knife at a reasonable price point , but , they could take a less or two from
Rough Ryder . Case can only rest on it's laurels for so long .
Great review. Peace , Be Free .
