I cannot for the life of me write with the paper straight. In school everyone thought it was weird that I could write sideways. I even got pretty good writing upside down. Thanks for subscribing!!!!!
Can you explain? I use mine for notes in my BuJo, but haven't used it to write a whole page or more. What kind of problems did you encounter? I can only find the 0.7 in South Africa. Would've loved to have the Sharpie S-Gel in 0.5, though.
@@HS-ml8dx it's great for lots of writing on paper that dries faster, it just won't dry quick enough for a lot of writing on the Hobonichi cousin paper! And the 0.7 is a little thick for the small grids in the Cousin too. I have seen the 0.5 online but I'm in North Carolina, US and all I've seen in stores is the 0.7 too!
@@tiffb530 My husband was going to visit the US on business in August and I was planning how to get a Jetpens-order to his hotel in time, but then the trip got canceled. So maybe in the future I can get my hands on some of those 0.5's. The shipping and handling to South Africa is just too expensive. I wanted to order a journal, but the $40-journal had a $60 Shipping-fee. It's just nuts. So I'll have to wait patiently for Hubby's next business trip. Thanks for your feedback, though _ it really helps. I have never been to the US, but have seen lots of property video's on TH-cam and I must admit North Carolina is my favourite state. 😊
Funny you should mention that…I just edited a video that is going up on Saturday of me unboxing my first fountain pen and trying 3 new inks! So far I am in love and have been using that pen for notes and writing my to do lists in my bullet journal.
@@heidisplanning I use fountain pens and my favorite ink for planning in my Hobonichi Cousin is De Atramentis Document Ink Black. I use it in my TWSBI Eco (I have a fine and an extra fine nib). It is dark, it dries quickly, and it can be highlighted over. I love it!!!! Great video! Thank you!!!
Yesss I’m so glad I’m not the only person who writes sideways 😂 my whole paper be turned to the side. I’m so glad I found your channel.

Finally a video that is helpful ❤️
Glad you liked it!! Thanks for watching!!!
@@heidisplanning Also another issue is the smearing when I use a highlighter over the ink even after it dries. So sad.
I love the Uniball One F 0.5mm pen in black on my Take A Note Planner!!!
I came here to recommend Uniball One Pens! In 0.5 or smaller! I use them in my cousin!
I also really enjoy 0.38 uni ball signo dx and pilot hi Tec c Coleto with 0.4 refills!
Thanks for all the suggestions! You are fueling my stationary buying problem!!! 😉💸🖊️
I use the s-gel in 0.7 headers in my planner, it looks great, but I wouldn't use it for lots of writing.

@@HS-ml8dx aw it's got everything! Mountains to ocean. It is a beautiful state!
@@tiffb530 All that scares me about the US are those hurricanes and other storms.😯
I also hate mistakes in my planner. So, I too use a Frixion ❤
I just wish they could handle being highlighted over
Does anyone know if the paper is the same in the Hobonichi weeks?
I believe this year is the last year that the weeks and cousin will have the Tomoe River Paper
Have you tried any fountain pens 🖋️?
