Since 2015 I have been working on all of my PM skills, and I would say that with your professional growth you need to focus on different areas. as a beginner PM there are definitely different priorities rather when you are a senior guy. At the same time we change while growing, our judgement changes, we uncover new improvement areas and it is a beauty of getting stronger professionally.
