I was there December 2023, wasn’t a long stop for us either. We walked around, then met excursion group, took a short bus excursion through cruise line, that took us all around the area. It was just ok, so walking around the area was a good choice. We was in St Martin the day before, had an excursion to a museum, I think it was Black Beard or something like that, which we had to walk, and walk, ask for directions before we found it, but once inside, it was pretty interesting, better than bus excursion in St Thomas! Thanks for sharing 🛳️🛳️

We haven’t been to St. Thomas since back in the day on Carnival.
Loved St. Thomas. Was there in November 2023 with Carnival
STT on cruises a few times. Later, I returned a few more times & stayed a week or 2 to STT & STX. STX is more laid back/ small. We would fly into STX. They always remember us on flight & airport. Go & stay in both. STT St Thomas & STX St. Croix
8 to 1 isn't a lot of time but i like how the port is set up

Loved St Thomas from back in the day. Do the Island tour to see more of the homes and beaches. Shopping was at the top of a mountain if I remember correctly. Very friendly tour guides. Enjoy your time away!
I had a great time last time I was there. I went to Coki Beach it was Beautiful. I didn’t care for the food though. Wish you had more time to explore.

Hey guys. Oh this the Icon. Wonder why such a small window? Anything even open at 8am? Love St Thomas for liquor shopping. Can fit 8-9 bottles in the box of 6. Used to anyway. When I eat in ports I don’t want standard, I want island traditional food I can’t get on the ship 🤷🏻♀️.
