My wife and I are 1 yr into our hotdog business (Sept 3 was 1 yr anniversary) in Vancouver Canada. J's Disco Dogs. We have a large custom built hotdog cart and are wanting to move up to a trailer. this looks perfect! Only thing we would need to add is fire suppression.
No doubt those patriots are retiring millionaires! Dog vending is a lucrative biz! I used to pay taxes, then I realized if I stopped taking credit card I didn't need to pay taxes anymore.

For the sanitizer water compartment in a 3 bay sink. You can learn about that for free at learnhotdogs.com/start and here: learnhotdogs.com/hot-dog-vendor-training/ It's simply to be able to check the amount of sanitizer (like in a pool or hot tub) for chlorine content.

Yes. We have to sign in and out with every vend to show we are using our commissary. We get our fresh water from the commissary, dispose of our trash and empty all of our waste water at the commissary. Anything we can't store on our trailer we can store there if needed.
@@miniherfords1 unfortunately we have no rentable commisaries in our area . Causing some problems . Working on it...very nice unit, thanks for the vid and especially sharing your tips.
@@williampratt4791 You can try Churches or talk to restaurant owners in the area. See if you can rent time to use their kitchen as your commissary. More difficult sure but not impossible.

If you have the manpower. A cart can be operated by one person a trailer or food truck requires 2-3 people to operate efficiently.

Depends on the state and county you’re planning on operating in. The rules vary geographically.
