Great video! I love how the foundation was done for the walls only and not a slab!
Beautiful home for a very reasonable price so far. Looks big for a 2bed. Wanjala the home owner has done his research and sourced material accordingly.
Thanks again Wanjalaz for bring us another construction. ❤🙏🏾
You're welcome Rhoda. Let's learn and stay inspired together.
300,000 can't manage that project, he's not sured of how much he has used so far
My subscription is not even enough to appreciate what you are doing, great work Mr wanjala may God bless you.
Hi Kiprotich. Thanks for the kind words. Stay tuned for more.
Hi Wanjala, thanks for the resourceful content you share, that house is so spacious and well done,I wouldn't advice him to partition the bed rooms for bathrooms since the common washroom is wide I would suggest he uses the available resources for inbuilt wardrobes and an executive finish for the single bathroom and bedrooms.
Thanks Spectra! You are spot on! Absolutely love this advice. For hygiene and circulation optimization. Passed it along.

Kindly share the measurements
Hello wanjala am a knew subscriber, kindly if you don't mind ask him the measurements of the house and hight measurements l will really appreciate thank you
Hi Maureen. Got you on this. Be on the lookout for the details.
NICE is it possible to do a walls without a slab
I have seen situations where this is done. So what happens is they excavate the round structure only and lay its foundation first
How can build a veranda as the other rooms and veranda should be open so that you can enjoy weather and environment
That boils down to personal preferences....even the one I am building is closed for our own functionality reasons.
Those who want pillars and open verandahs that's okay ....for those who want closed all-weather verandahs also fine!
Wow bro cement ni how much Niko mbali aki
900 - 930 Simba
880 - RAI
These are the ones popular around Western Kenya. But cement prices flactuates up and down.
Depends on when and where bought as well the brand
How many bags of cement upto linto?
Hi Yvonne. Owner says 32 bags of cement.

300k is a lie
That guy has a long way to go....he is the owner....that cost is approximately correct.
He's yet to do the floor slab...he used his own trees for trusses etc etc
What makes it a lie from your perspective?
Maybe it's 300k coz hajakoroga slab, then fundi hayuko expensive
@@emeldabukhebi5987 absolutely! There must be factors. The house has a long way to go
The owner amesema 300k kwani yako you are is a lie😂😂
He's not lying... Remember he's not done the slab ....used his own tree,....
