What makes the scene great is when you realize Invoker is talking to himself as well. We know Invoker has remade the universe thousands of times at this point, so why didn't he remake it again when Filomena's disease appeared? Its because Invoker can't let this universe go, because he can't abandon this Filomena.
There's no bettter knowledge than knowledge that is experienced. Everybody is like software program that functions on a unique programming language, translating is not as great as building that program from the ground out.

with 7 orbs and maintaining the 'invoke the current 3 orbs' mechanic. you'd have 7 pure orb spells, + 7*7 spells with two orb colors, and 7*5 spells with 3 different orbs. that's 91 spells
Option 1: Universe wiped by Mirana was destroyed and downgraded, so time stopped moving there. That's where Filomena stayed and that's the only place where her illness doesn't progress. Option 2: Invoker realised that his presense is what actually caused her illness, so he snuck Filomena into the new/old universe when Mirana was busy having space-cuddles with Davion and decided to stay in Foulfell forever, which finally cured Filomena.
