Kapag nagluluto ako NG langka ginigisa ko lahat NG ingredients tapos ilagay ko Yong pangalawang gata tas kapag kumulo na na saka ko ilagay ang langga hindi na kailangan na pakuluan kc paano mawawala ang vitamins NG pure na langka kapag natanggal ang original na katas nya tas kapag malambot na saka MO ilagay ang unang gata subrang sarap promise

Tiga pampanga ako, ginagawa ko din yan, pinapakulo ko din ang langkang naka lata, kasi iba ang ang textures nya. Same way tayong pagluluto kaya lang retired na ako.
Nung nandyan pa ako sa US, I tried to cook canned jackfruit in canned coconut milk. Sadly, hindi ko po nakain. Mali siguro ang brand na nabili ko. Buti naman at meron nang maraming choices of brands ngayon dyan.

About washing the pigs meat cut or whole I read in the food industry news that in order for the pigs meat to be more tastier and not too oily and fatty it should be wash with salt. And to take out some sticky feel. I know we all have different way of cooking I thought I should share it with you if you heard about it. Thanks Mr. Jaboggs you rock !
