It's just that he didn't really stand out and most of the time he didn't seem to give a damn about dancing. I noticed that his dance skills are at least on par with Taehyung since long ago. It was made pretty obvious in the choreo for Danger. This time we can see that he really enjoys "Dope", which I guess motivated him enough to give a shit about the choreography. Tbh, when the MV came out the unthinkable happened and instead of focusing on Hoseok, Jungkook, Jimin or even Taehyung, I was more drawn to Yoongi's dancing like wow dude #impressed
I agree with Tsunade. When I first saw SUGA he wasn't really that bad in dancing but because he wasn't one of the main dancers so he didn't stand out too much. But yes, i always watch Suga dance because it's like new life has been breathed into me although i always find myself so breathless watching him hahah

In this vid and in the mv, I notice that Jin smiled a few times while dancing. He received quite a lot of criticism about his dancing skills, and even called "black hole" of the group. And as you can see, this time he actually improved his dancing. I feel like even though he knows all about the criticism towards himself, he doesn't let it ruin his confidence. He dances like he truly enjoys every moment of it. I sometimes see that when some members of other groups are criticised about something, they become distressed, they don't smile much anymore and become anxious.But Jin doesn't. That's what I love about him, an optimistic and open-minded guy, who's always working hard to be better

he's been more considered as part of the dance line like in mic drop, there was a scene with jhope and they had jimin/jungkook (obviously) as his backup dancers but they also included taehyung so i guess the choreographer recognises that taehyung really is a great dancer

he's been more considered as part of the dance line like in mic drop, there was a scene with jhope and they had jimin/jungkook (obviously) as his backup dancers but they also included taehyung so i guess the choreographer recognises that taehyung really is a great dancer
