Every time President Zelensky gives a speech in the United States of America I have noticed his microphone is typically working poorly, is this serendipity or purposeful?
He's just an addict. The language is slurred.
I would say, the mic is not picking up his voice if he drops his voice at the end of a word or sentence. However he has a pretty strong accent or where the mic is placed it may not pick him up if he turns his head a little. I am only guessing but, I hope nothing is being done deliberately. If is was the past Administration, I would say yes.

@@margaretlamb2432 my guess, election year, political messaging is being super controlled as to not create upset before Nov 5th, president Zelensky cannot be controlled but his microphone not preforming well could serve to lessen any impact he may have. We’ll know better if after Nov 5th, 2024 his microphones begin to work with better clarity.
